Steward Observatory (SO) 65

Core Building Hours: 7 a.m.-6:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding university holidays

Primary Entrance: Outside of core building hours, there are two primary access doors for Steward Observatory. 

  • To access room N210 use the classroom door on the north side of the courtyard.
  • To access room 204 and department space, use the door on the southeast side of the courtyard. 

Contact the building manager if you have questions about accessing the building outside of core building hours.

In the event of an emergency, all doors can be used as an exit.

Additional Information

  • Core building hours: Exterior doors to the building will be unlocked for entry and exit.
  • Outside core building hours: Exterior doors will be locked for entry, and a CatCard is needed to access the building via the keyless entry system. Your CatCard will only allow access to the building(s) assigned to you by your department access coordinator.
  • Primary entrance: For co-curricular activities or classes scheduled outside of core building hours, a primary entrance has been designated to be unlocked for access to reserved spaces.
  • If you have trouble accessing a building with your CatCard, please call 520-626-9345 and select from the menu.
