Security Camera Request

Request a new security camera installation, replace an existing camera, or relocate a camera by logging in using NetID and completing this form. 

After you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email. An Office of Public Safety team member will contact you within five business days to schedule a meeting and discuss next steps.

Before submitting your request, please review the university Security Camera Policy and Security Camera Procedures. All security camera systems must comply with these requirements.
