January is National Stalking Awareness Month (#NSAM2025). Throughout the month, the Office of Public Safety and our partners will raise awareness about stalking, including defining what it is, educating our Wildcat community about stalking prevention and sharing ways to support stalking victims and survivors.

The Threat Assessment and Management Team (TAMT) reviews reports of concerning behaviors and potential stalking submitted through the TAMT website; considers various approaches to managing concerning behavior; and provides guidance to students, faculty and staff regarding how to address and prevent violent and disruptive behavior.

Social Media

Dr. Jessie Semmann, TAMT director, will share stalking insights on social media through the month. Make sure to follow the Office of Public Safety on Instagram.
